Getting Properties in Monopoly Junior Electronic Banking
When you buy or claim a property, put one of your character signs on that board space. You have multiple ways to get properties in the game.
Buying a Property When You Land on It
Buy a property when you land on it. Use the banking unit to help you subtract the money.
Get It for Free from Chance Card
If you draw a chance card that lets you have a property. Simply get it and you do not need to pay anything.
Chance Card to Let You Buy From Another Player
If you draw a chance card that lets you buy. Simply buy it from the player the same way that you would with rent.
Buy or Trade with Another Player
You could try to make a deal with another player holding the property.
Paying Rent for Other Player’s Properties
When you land on another player’s property. Pay the same amount as the board space price.
Insert your card into the banking unit. Press (-) for the amount of rent. Press Red Rent Button to pay the amount. Insert the property owner’s card.
Double Rent Bonus from Same Color Pair
When a player owns both properties of the same color. He or she can charge double the rent!
Do You Pay Rent If Another Player Is in Jail?
Yes, you will still have to pay rent to the player in jail when you land on his or her property.
